Sessions are run by a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, with a friendly, approachable attitude… With a little bit of push to keep you on track. Don’t be frightened I’m not about to start yelling… Well not unless you want me to anyway 🙂

Small groups (up to 4):
These keep your costs down but you still get some one to one tuition, focusing on your individual goals

Larger group boot camps and circuit HIIT training:
These provide a range of activities to keep you motivated – great if you want low cost & don’t mind ‘glowing’ with the others in the group (dates and venue to follow)
